This recipe is very simple to make and it takes about 15-20 minutes to make. It costs from 100-250sek depending on how much you wanna spend on it.
2 ppl or 4
3 or 6 Sausages (Salsiccia or Chorizo)
1 package of mommy scans meatballs OR a package of "färsbiffar".
1 package of pre-pealed potato cubes (frozen)
1 small piece of smoked ham.
Sides:
fried eggs (1-2 eggs per plate)
some beetroot (rödbetor in swedish)
So, first you just cut the sausages and the meatballs/färsbiffar into little pieces and then fry them til' they're nice and brown. :D
Next thing you wanna do is to fry the potato cubes, empty the pan so the meat does'nt burn . 5 minutes should be enough in a heated pan.
Cut the ham into small pieces as well and fry them, but just 2 minutes or so, you just wanna give them a little bit of color, you don't wanna make the ham all dry and woody.
Annnd!! You are done! Mix all the tasty cubes and fry an egg to put on top, and some beetroot on the side.
This recipe is so nice cuz you can really make it very cheap if you want to, but it's still way better than the pre-fabricated "pyttipanna" you buy at the grocery store
