Student recipe - A super spicey meat pasta!

Hungry but with no ideas? here's a quick and simple recipe that will save your day! :)

Ingredients

10 Slices of pepperoni
10 Slices of chorizo
5 frankfurts (herta are the best make for this)
1 Large onion
10 or so button mushrooms
1/4 pack of pasta (twirls work good)
3 Garlic segments
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes (prefrebly with herbs and garlic)
1 spoon of pepper
1/2 spoon salt
1 Large spoon of paprika
1/2 Large spoon of chilli power (more if you like it spicey)
1 Spoon of olive oil

Method

Firstly chop up your onion, garlic, mushrooms, frankfurts (small cubes), pepperoni & chorizo (fine strips). One you have this chopped up start off by lightly frying your onions/garlic/mushrooms prefrebly with olive oil.

Once your onions are starting to soften add the frankfurts and pepperoni/chorizo and leave for 5 mins to fry lightly stirying often to stop the onions browning and bring out some of the fat in the chorizo.

Now add your chopped tomatoe and leave to simmer for whilst adding your paprika/salt/pepper stiring into a sauce, the paprika will turn your sauce into a deep red tomatoe red. Leave your sauce to simmer for 10 minutes and in this time boil your pasta using the given time on the packet.

Drain your pasta and place on your plate, now give your sauce a good stir and spoon over your pasta! Enjoy!

Remember if you dont like your food too hot add less chilly pepper. Enjoy you meal! :)
